1. Resolved Question: Scott Podsednik or Brandon Belt? - Last spot on roster, I'm a jays fan and like watching the players on my team, but Belt has alot going for him. Should I take Scott to gain runs and stolen bases but risk his foot not healing, or take the young kid?

4. Resolved Question: Should I trade Scott Podsednik? - Scotty Pods is having a great year (.310 BA, 44 RBIs, 30 SBs) and he's one of my favorite players. But there's a lot of news suggesting that he'll be traded to the Dodgers, which would probably make the Los Angeles outfielders Ethier, Kemp, and Podsednik. But when Manny comes of the DL, would Podsednik be benched or Kemp? Basically, I'm asking if Podsednik is traded to the Dodgers (or any other team for that matter), will he still have fantasy value for the rest of the season? If not, should I trade him? Other notes: I'm using Podsednik mainly in a utility role. My starting outfielders are Matt Holliday, Ichiro, and Nick Swisher. I also have Brennan Boesch, who's slumping right now but I'm convinced he'll turn it around. So it's not like losing Podsednik would be the end of my season, but if he's not going to be getting as many plate appearances down the stretch for whichever team he's traded to, I'd like to trade him in my fantasy league while he still has some value. Resolved Question: Why don't the cubs sign Scott Podsednik? - He hit .304 last year with the sox can be the centerfielder and leadoff hitter Lou Pinnella is looking for and since 2003 the only years he did not steal 30+ bases was 2007 and 2008 when he was hampered with injuries. He's a lifetime .277 hitter which over a 9 year career is solid. I know the CUbs are looking at Marlon Byrd who has more pop that Scotty Pods, but then who hits leadoff? I think Pods 1 and Theriot 2 would be a solid 1 - 2 punch to set up Lee Ramirez and Soriano. You can also split Lee and Ramirez up with Fukodome in between. My lineup would look like this 1 CF Podsednik 2 SS Theriot 3 1B Lee 4 RF Fukodome 5 3B Ramirez 6 LF Soriano 7. C Soto 8. 2B Fontenot 9 Pitcher's spot
