I gave this product 4 chances and after 3 OK tries and 1 fail I'm done. Each time I used this product on either wet or dry hair, the end result was that my hair came out feeling like a bale of hay. I think at this point it's safe to say that I am ready to give up and put it in the DONATE bin. I really wanted it to work but it didn't. Maybe others will have better luck.
