We met at a going away party through mutual friends and felt comfortable with each other immediately. After marrying, we rented a townhome for three years and then purchased our house eight years ago. The neighborhood we live in was new so we met friends fast and have been very happy here. It is a beautiful gated community with two pools, tennis courts and playgrounds. The neighborhood has activities for the kids such as the Fourth of July parade and Halloween party. They dress up, scream and have all sorts of fun! It reminds us of being kids and we like to join in on the fun! We were both fortunate to have great childhoods with stable parents and grandparents who were all active in our lives and still are to this day. Everyone, including siblings and their families, are geographically close so it is nice that we can get together or help each other when needed. Randy has two older brothers and I have one younger brother. Each is married with two kids. We enjoy sharing in their kids' lives and would love to have a child to share too. As far as work goes, I worked in my family's business until it was sold to a large corporation. I have since been taking care of the house, investments and doing some things that I enjoy. I am in a position where I will be able to stay home and take care of our child. We feel this is very important. Randy has worked in the printing business for the last nine years.
