I figure any video taken in the open streets should be open to the general public. So while I was trying to look for an uncensored version of the Derrion Albert video I stumbled across a copyright from Fox News (according to youtube). What law lets them do something like that.

They punched him a few times and beat him with a wooden plank over the head.
Then he eventually died.
What are your thoughts on violence in America and kids hurting and killing each other ?

Remembering about this always makes me feel so appalled about what these KIDS were capable of.Kids killing kids,its disgusting to think about this fact.Its been a year and by now I would've only wished for EVERY boy that was involved in that horrible act to be sentenced to a life sentence because that is what they deserve.Its pathetic how the families of these kids cry and cry and plead for something not so bad when their kids killed someone so coldly!What also makes me sick is the comment of the lawyer of the 15 year old murder,"its unfair,he has his whole life a head of him."Well guess what!?So did Derrion!

My heart goes out to his family and everyone that was at his funeral.
I know even before God made man from the dust of the ground,he saw all that happened to Derrion and I get so pissed when I watch the news and hear about innocent students getting killed because of stupid ignorant people,I know there is a special place in hell for those teens and I don't care what they say,they know what they did was wrong and just plain stupid,how would they feel if someone in their own family was beaten to death.
I have many cousins in high school and I wanna see them walk across the stage on the day of their graduation.
This question probably won't make much sense(I am stressed from all the news stories I have heard on TV)

Could you please post a link to a website that has the raw footage of the Derrion Albert beating? All of the video's I've seen so far show everything to begin with but then part way into the video part of it is blurred out.

Those kids are underprivleged according to Dems and might be good ballplayers given how they swung those boards. Right?

If it happens to one person then it happens to all of us. ~Shalom~ Four teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder in Derrion Albert's beating death. Silvanus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, and Eric Carson, 16, all of Chicago, were charged as adults ordered held without bond. Eugene Bailey, 18, was also charged with first-degree murder and will appear in court Tuesday. Prosecutors declared Albert an "innocent bystander" in the fight that led to his death.
